Service Description
Suitability: This course is suitable for everyone. Aim: This online session is designed to give attendees an overview of mental health. Objectives: By the end of the session participants will be able to: - Discuss what mental health is - Define the difference between a mental health problem and a mental illness - Describe what affects our mental health - Identify the signs and symptoms of Stress - Identify the signs and symptoms of anxiety and depression - Describe the Five Aspects Approach - Identify local resources to support them with their mental health 45 minutes – 1 hour.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Mindful Messages: Where a course is cancelled by Mindful Messages, we will endeavour to give participants as much notice as possible. A full refund of the booking fee will be provided. Mindful Messages will accept no further liability for any costs incurred by participants. Cancellation by Participant Participants cancelling their place on a course must provide at least 1 weeks notice where a full refund will be provided. Refunds within the week prior to the event are at the discretion of Mindful Messages. Substitution of Delegates Should you wish to substitute your place please contact Mindful Messages. Failure to Attend In circumstances where participants have failed to attend a course for which they have booked, no refund will be provided. Mindful Messages reserves the right to invoice the individual for any additional costs incurred as a result of that individuals failure to attend.
