Therapy can be a deeply personal experience and therefore I offer a warm & open environment for healing. I believe in a holistic approach - incorporating my professional experience of an integrative therapeutic model, psycho-education delivery & lived experience of mental illness. I feel it's important to meet everyone where they are.

I am based in Eden Holistic & Wellbeing Centre in Whiteabbey Village, close to public transport and only 10 minutes from Belfast. The beautiful surroundings of Eden put you at ease and begin that sense of healing from the moment you walk in the door.

Meeting face to face isn't always possible - for me it's important to make therapy accessible in the confines of private practice. Therefore I offer you the opportunity to work together online or via telephone. Join me from the comfort of your home, in your own surroundings with a cuppa. This is a space you can be safe in but make sure to make some time for yourself to 'decompress' after we meet.
